Returns policy



Return and exchange

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date only when returned with a Little Tailleur Returns Authorisation number (RA #). To obtain an RA# please contact Little Tailleur within 7 days of receipt of your goods stating your reason for exchange.

Goods sent back to Little Tailleur without an approved RA# will not be eligible for exchange. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Shipping fees on returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt by Little Tailleur.

Please note
We do not accept exchanges (other than faulty items) on orders shipped outside of Australia. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final.
 

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached

02
A copy of a valid receipt and RA# is included with the return.

03
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Return postage is at your (the buyer’s)expense.

Please note
in the unforseen circumstance that style, colour, size is not currently available, we will notify you within 24 hours. you will be advised an alternate delivery date (pending customer approval) or process a full refund within 5 working days.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without an RA# will be refused and marked return to sender.

 

Faulty items

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and are packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us on +61(0) 418 216 024 and we will organise a replacement for you.

Please note
Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.

Sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.

International returns
We do not accept exchanges (other than faulty items) on orders shipped outside of Australia. All orders shipped outside of Australia are final. You as customer must pay the return carriage charges.
